We are located on the main street, 324 Marine Avenue, in the Village of Balboa Island which is surrounded by beach and boardwalks.  As you can see by the map above, most of our properties are within 2 miles of our offices … although, we do have several on the Balboa Peninsula as well. We are within a mile of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and just a one hour boat ride to Catalina Island.  Whale watching trips and deep-sea fishing are both available daily.   Stand up paddle boards and Duffy boat rentals are available too… The “art colony” known as Laguna Beach is just 6 miles south and the famous Huntington Beach, “Surf City, USA” where a variety of great events are hosted… ie. International surf contests as well as a new annual Air Show that takes place over the Pacific Ocean… International Beach Volley Ball competitions all happen just 7 miles North of Balboa Island… another 13 miles up the scenic coast and you can enjoy the Long Beach, Aquarium of the Pacific…and we are approximately 38 minutes from Disneyland and California Adventure.
