Built in 2014 this new beach house is ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood on the peninsula, only three houses from the bay and 3 blocks from the board walk.  Take a stroll along the bay and you’ll be at the ferry landing where you will find restaurants and the fun zone for the kids.  Take a walk on the board walk and you can reach the Balboa pier to the east and the Newport pier to the west. Hop on the ferry to Balboa Island or rent a bike and ride to Marina Park where there is a playground and restaurant.
